Once your club completes Youth Protection Training, the Club President or Secretary can check the “Our club has received Youth Protection Guidelines training” box on the Secretary Dashboard to record it in the system.
KI & District DuesClubs pay annual dues as well as prorated dues throughout the year as new members are added. For instructions on how to view outstanding invoices, see the How to Resources webpage.
Kiwanis Member assigned as an advisor to each club sponsored SLP (Service Leadership Program)Club Presidents and Secretaries can verify that each club sponsored SLP has a club member assigned on the Secretary Dashboard.
Signature ProjectClub Presidents and Secretaries can enter the club’s Signature Project in the right hand column of the Secretary Dashboard.
Monthly Secretary ReportsFiling status is checked each month around the 13th prior to announcing the District Spotlight.
Club BylawsClub Presidents and Secretaries can verify and enter Club Bylaws in the Secretary Dashboard.
