Registration includes access to DCON materials and events, cruise ticket, and on board food and beverages (tap water, iced tea, and standard coffee). Registration does NOT include items like drink package(s), wi-fi, specialty dining, excursions, travel insurance, etc.

Preliminary Agenda:

Details will not be finalized until closer to July 2027:

• DAY 1, July 29, 2027: Board and depart from New Orleans
• DAY 2, July 30, 2027: At Sea, ~3 hours in the morning of DCON meetings with dedicated meeting space
• DAY 3, July 31, 2027: Cozumel
• DAY 4, August 1, 2027: At Sea, ~3 hours in the morning of DCON meetings with dedicated meeting space
• DAY 5, August 2, 2027: Deboard in New Orleans

Payment Timeline:

• October 1, 2026: Initial Deposit ($150/person) Deadline
  • Signing up is allowed after Oct 1, 2026 with a $100 late registration fee
• February 1, 2027: Second Deposit ($400/person) Deadline
• After March 15, 2027:
  • Payments to date become NON-refundable
  • No monies being held or received are refundable
  • If cancellation is needed after, registration may be transferred
• April 15, 2027: Final Payment Deadline

Other Considerations:

• Passports are highly recommended. While attendees can use your driver’s license and an original copy of your birth certificate, the name on all documents must exactly match.
  • Remember, to travel on (use) your passport, it must have more than 6 months left of validity (i.e., for this trip July 31-Aug 2, 2027, passports must not expire prior to February 2, 2028).
