• NEW! Club Attendance Challenge: Clubs that meet their attendance goal will be entered for a chance to win $200 to use as you wish! Check your club’s goal & status at the link above.
• NEW! Division Attendance Challenge: Lt. Governors whose division (all clubs) meet their attendance goal will be entered for a chance to win $100 to use as they wish! Check your division’s goal & status at the link above.
• NEW! Long Time, No See Club Challenge: Clubs that have not attended in the last three years that have at least one attendee at Mid-Year 2027 will be refunded one registration fee ($40)! Check your club’s goal & status at the link above.

Location & Hotel

LaMissTenn Mid-Year 2027 will be held at the Marriott Baton Rouge (5500 Hilton Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70808).

Hotel reservations within the room block can be made by visiting booking link or calling (225) 924-5000. If calling, identify your affiliation with the “LaMissTenn Kiwanis Mid-Year Education Conference 2027” event.

Club Centerpiece Showcase

Each club attending the Mid-Year Education Conference is invited to apply for a Club Centerpiece Showcase. This is an opportunity to showcase the amazing aspects of your club including your club’s service projects and SLP partnerships.

Note, Club Centerpieces will be placed throughout venue based on spacing and may be placed on tables reserved for Distinguished Clubs or others where the club members may not sit at the table with their centerpiece.
