Make the District Pay Incentive

Purpose: To incentivize membership retention and growth.

How does it work?

  • For clubs that grow 25% or more, the District will refund half of the District dues for all net growth members.
  • Growth is based on the change in the club’s membership from the official October 1st club member number set by Kiwanis International to the official September 30th club member number certified by Kiwanis International.
  • Clubs with a 25% or more net membership growth increase will be recognized at the following Mid-Year Education Conference and presented with a check for half of District dues ($23) for each net growth member.
  • Reimbursement funds can be used for club administrative OR service expenses.

9/30/2025 ending number per KI:25 members
Net new members:5 members (25 members – 20 members)
Net growth percentage:25% [(25 mems – 20 mems)/5 net mems]
Club refund presented at the 2026
Mid-Year Education Conference:
$115.00 ($23 * 5 net members)

How to Participate: Make sure your club’s membership roster is always up to date in Kiwanis Connect. This is particularly important before the end of the Kiwanis year on September 30th.
