Disaster Grants

The LaMissTenn Kiwanis District Foundation has created a “Disaster Relief Fund” as a way to accept incoming donations that will be dispersed as grants, to assist clubs to provide immediate and essential needs to communities in our District, devastated by a natural disaster declared by Federal, State, County, or Parish agency.  LaMissTenn District clubs may work on their own or team up with other area clubs and apply for grants of up to $1,500 each, to buy food/water, clothing, personal items, and other supplies that the affected communities need.  Clubs that are not onsite or near the project, must identify a contact in the affected area with which they will coordinate project logistics.

If you or your club wants to help, but may be challenged to complete a grant, consider donating through the form below. This is a great way to help the Foundation provide these grants to clubs in helping those affected areas recover.
