*Registration include a LIGHT BREAKFAST (fresh fruit, muffins, Danishes, & coffee) and LUNCH (Southern fried catfish, meat pies, potatoes, Cajun Maque Choux corn, salad, banana pudding). Please include any dietary restrictions in your registration form.

The LaMissTenn District has a room block at the Chateau Saint Denis Hotel, which is located directly across the street from the Natchitoches Events Center. Call 318-951-4105 to make reservations. You MUST identify your affiliation with the “LaMissTenn Kiwanis Mid-Year” event to receive the group rate of $149/night for a Double Queen or King.

Club Centerpiece Showcase

Each club attending the Mid-Year Education Conference is invited to apply for a Club Centerpiece Showcase. This is an opportunity to showcase the amazing aspects of your club including your club’s service projects and SLP partnerships.

Note, Club Centerpieces will be placed throughout venue based on spacing and may be placed on tables reserved for Distinguished Clubs or others where the club members may not sit at the table with their centerpiece.
